Honduras Edin Lopez SL28 *Limited

We ran Edin's primary crop this winter, but saved this special selection for the very last. Edin planted a section of his farm with the famous Kenyan varietal SL28. This varietal is in part what make Kenyan coffees world famous for their intense fruit flavors and acidity. Pairing that with the terrior of Santa Barbara Honduras makes for a very exciting offering indeed. 

We have a small parcel of this coffee as it is an experimental lot and not very much was produced. We expect it to last 2-3 week.
